I’m a cloud-focused support engineer with hands-on experience troubleshooting SaaS applications and AWS-based infrastructure. My background includes diagnosing production issues across DNS, application, and configuration layers within Java microservices environments.
I’ve worked extensively with AWS (EC2, S3, Route 53, IAM), performing deployments, environment configuration, log analysis, and release validation in production settings. I bring a structured, methodical approach to root cause analysis, isolating issues by layer and validating fixes before broader changes are made.
